Orders placed via this Website are processed securely using Stripe. By completing your purchase, you confirm that the payment details provided are valid and that you are authorised to use them.

A contract is formed once we have accepted your order and dispatched the goods.

Shipping and Delivery

All orders are processed and dispatched by Beebombs Ltd. We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delays can occur due to factors outside our control.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We cannot be held liable for late deliveries caused by postal delays or other third-party carriers.

Returns and Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. If you wish to return an item:

  • Return the item in its original, unused condition

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt

Please note: Customised or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.
