Introduction

This is a genuinely unique role. If you are looking for a corporate gig, with structured work days, I’m afraid this one will not work for you. The duties are wildly varied, change with the seasons and the demands of the specific projects that you are working on. We will always help people to work on the projects for which they have the most aptitude but flexibility is vital here.

We are ethical entrepreneurs. We don’t do this to be rich or well known, we like to do work of value to us and the world. We like to try things and spread good wherever we go.

Our aim is help others find meaningful work and freedom from the creativity stifling corporate world. We share and teach the skills needed to be entrepreneurs and support our partners find their freedom.

We are based on an old dairy yard in Christchurch, Dorset and we also own an old farm house in Normandy, France that we would like to develop as a community base.

NB: This is a safe, respectful environment and we take that seriously. We welcome all genders and backgrounds, and this setup suits people who are independent, down-to-earth, and open minded to alternative ways of life.

As an organisation we advocate for equality and freedom, naturism and a connection to nature. We promote viable policies to support these concepts.

We believe in the mental and physical benefits of naturism. Although there is no requirement to take part - we do run and attend naturist events and applicants do need to be comfortable with non sexual nudity and open to learning about a range of alternative ways of life.

As an organisation that advocates for positivity, equality and autonomy, the safety and well-being of everyone at WE R One is paramount.
